On July 29, 2021, Jay Shadwick notified CrossFirst Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective July 29, 2021. Mr. Shadwick’s retirement was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
