Our Commitment

CrossFirst is an organization with strong values of Character, Competence, Commitment and Connection. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

If you reasonably suspect or become aware that any CrossFirst employee, or anyone working on behalf of CrossFirst, may have engaged in misconduct, you may report your concerns, anonymously if you choose, using the methods below:

To Make an Ethics Hotline Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

If you are unsure about where to go with your concerns, or you feel uncomfortable reporting through normal channels of communication, or wish to raise the issue anonymously, you should access the Ethics Hotline.
